Moving Forward with Conviction

hands-565604_1920

Yesterday, I voted. I voted for equal rights and fair treatment for all. I voted for opportunity and hope. I voted for an America I wanted to live in. I voted my convictions.

Like many Americans, my candidate did not win. We woke up to a world of uncertainty. I do not know what the next four years will hold for me and the people I care about. I do know, however, that my convictions have not changed.

I still believe in opportunity. I still believe in hope. I still believe in equal and fair treatment for all. These are my convictions. These are my motivation.

I want to see a better world. I will help create it. I hope you will join me.

See you at the finish line.
